ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs a Marketing and Customer Service Representative for the Macon State Farm agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. - Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Technic al computer skills required
Compensation $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
