I am committed to YOUR success! Part time initially until property and casualty licensed within 60 days of hire. $300 licensing bonus if you start with your Property and Casualty. I will fund your Life and Health licensing with an agreement. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments and service customer transactions (billing and claims). Follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Marketing will include reaching out to small business owners and apartment complex managers.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Evaluate business or individual customer needs to manage their everyday insurance risks.
  • Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Customer focused listening skills
  • Customer Service experience (retail sales associate, banking, wait staff or telemarketing) preferred
  • Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
  • Able to obtain a Life/Health License
  • Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
  • Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Must be tech savvy
